About the role

The Associate Director will be leading the large-scale industry 4.0 Digital manufacturing transformation and multisite MES implementation program.

What You Will Do

  • Creating value-added solutions and services to help organization achieve the dynamic and transformation goals in Factory automation.

  • Lead pre-sales focused on industry 4.0 transformation programs driving ROI conversation with C-Level executives and ensuring new deal wins.

  • Farming revenue in a select set of accounts.

  • Managing revenue of $10-$15MN.

  • Driving account growth plan, defining strategy for account level growth, and owning it.

  • Responsible for revenue/hunting numbers in given industrial vertical.

  • Driving vertical level strategy for business growth

What You Need

  • 15-20 yrs. years of relevant experience in driving Industry 4.0 initiatives.

  • Industry 4.0 and related technologies awareness and hands-on experience

  • Pre-sales and solution architect, able to run pre-sales activity along with sales.

  • Bachelor of Engineering or equivalent degree

  • Industry 4.0 and related technologies awareness and hands-on experience

  • Participate in driving strategy for growth of industrial vertical.

  • Creating sales pitches for the sales team and sales consultants

  • Analyzing potential markets prior to the launch of a product

  • Working with the marketing team during strategy meetings

  • Providing product knowledge to assist the sales team during presentations or meetings with clients.

  • Own the account in long run and grow the account with deeper penetration into the account.

  • Responsible for proactive proposals in multiple customers

  • Ownership of $10M-$15M numbers to grow existing/new customers.

  • Assisting customers with technical inquiries or concerns

  • Guiding clients in developing cost justifications using realistic return on investment (ROI)

  • Playing a bridge role between the customer and delivery team.

  • Helping customers drawing solution blueprint

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proposal drafting and Presentation skills.

  • Creating high level architecture to bring stake holders on same page.

  • Driving Market research and help in driving strategy for growth considering latest market trends.

  • Guiding clients in developing cost justifications using realistic return on investment (ROI

What Makes You Eligible

  • Willing to work from customer location in Dallas, TX

  • Willing to travel 15%-20% of time for customer discussions, will include both domestic and international travel.

  • Successfully complete a background investigation and drug screen as a condition of employment.

  • The standard base salary for this position is $146,700 - $179,300.
