This is a hybrid position and requires 3 days on-site in Sleepy Hollow, NY, 2 days from home. Fully remote work is not possible. This role cannot be based in Basking Ridge, NJ.

The Associate Director, Global Dermatology Marketing, will lead the development and execution of key global HCP, peer-to-peer, congress, patient marketing, and omnichannel initiatives to support the treatment of Atopic Dermatitis (AD) and new dermatology indications launches including Prurigo Nodularis (PN), Chronic Spontaneous Urticaria (CSU) and Bullous Pemphigoid (BP).

In a typical day you will:

  • Develop marketing tactics consistent with global strategy, comfort working with key opinion leading physicians, and ability to work well across multiple functions and indications.

  • Collaborate closely with alliance partner to ensure marketing tactics and initiatives are developed and executed consistently.

  • Develop and execute Global HCP marketing strategy, campaign, and messaging for HCP disease education and brand promotion that ladder to strategic imperatives for CSU and BP indications

  • Lead development of advisory boards, promotional speaker decks, and KOL engagement plans for CSU and BP indications

  • Develop global patient marketing strategies including patient awareness, acquisition, and retention campaigns as well as patient support program (PSPs) that global markets can implement for CSU and BP indications

  • Coordinate brand presence and activities (sponsorships, exhibits, advertising, symposia, etc.) at international scientific congresses across all dermatology indications

  • Lead development and implementation of HCP omnichannel strategy across all dermatology indications

  • Ensure that marketing processes, programs, and materials are developed, implemented, and effectively administered to be consistent with corporate guidance and all regulatory, legal, ethical guidelines

  • Manage agencies associated with key projects in HCP marketing, digital marketing, patient marketing, peer-to-peer, and congress activities to ensure project timelines and expenses are kept on scope and within budget

  • Serve as the commercial excellence lead, supporting Regeneron global affiliate offices in the localization of global strategies, materials, and market and competitive insights for CSU and BP

To be considered you must have:

  • Bachelor's Degree, MBA a plus

  • 10+ years of "progressive" pharmaceutical industry or relevant professional experience; 5+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing

  • Dermatology and/or Immunology experience preferred

  • Previous patient marketing experience preferred

  • Global experience a plus

  • Previous work within a co-promote or Alliance is a plus

  • Launch experience a plus

  • Ability to represent Regeneron's perspective in alliance partnership and influence in a matrix organization

  • Must be willing to travel approximately 25% (including weekends) to attend conferences and meetings as needed

Salary Range (annually)

$151,800.00 - $247,800.00
