The Associate Director of Corporate Communications will assist the Global Head of Corporate Communications in the implementation of strategic, multi-faceted communications and engagement programs designed to relay the firm's direction and major priorities to all employees, increase employee engagement, and improve the overall culture of the firm.


  • Assist Head of Corporate Communications in the implementation of a strategic communications plan to support the organization's mission, goals and objectives.

  • Aid in the development, editing, and dissemination of communication materials

  • Assist in the coordination and execution of employee engagement events

  • Build and foster collaborative relationships with departments within the firm to drive employee awareness and engagement

  • Assist in creation and execution of pre-planned internal communications collateral. Specific responsibilities include establishing writing timetable, gathering, writing, and reviewing content, editing, working with design team, and dissemination to firm.

  • Serve as editor for communications materials

  • Prepare and track editorial calendars and annual summary reports of communication and engagement efforts.


  • 5-7 years communications or relevant experience

  • Writing and Editing Acumen.

  • Communication Proficiency.

  • Decision Making.

  • Event Coordination

  • Project Management.

  • Multi-media content creation (blog, podcast, video)
