The Associate Director of Corporate Communications will assist the Global Head of Corporate Communications in the implementation of strategic, multi-faceted communications and engagement programs designed to relay the firm's direction and major priorities to all employees, increase employee engagement, and improve the overall culture of the firm.
Assist Head of Corporate Communications in the implementation of a strategic communications plan to support the organization's mission, goals and objectives.
Aid in the development, editing, and dissemination of communication materials
Assist in the coordination and execution of employee engagement events
Build and foster collaborative relationships with departments within the firm to drive employee awareness and engagement
Assist in creation and execution of pre-planned internal communications collateral. Specific responsibilities include establishing writing timetable, gathering, writing, and reviewing content, editing, working with design team, and dissemination to firm.
Serve as editor for communications materials
Prepare and track editorial calendars and annual summary reports of communication and engagement efforts.
5-7 years communications or relevant experience
Writing and Editing Acumen.
Multi-media content creation (blog, podcast, video)
