Associate Director, Contracted Provider Results - Tampa, FL

Primary Responsibilities:

• Adapt departmental plans and priorities to address business and operational challenges

• Make product, service or process decisions that are most likely to impact multiple groups of employees and/or customers (internal or external)

• Sets priorities for the team to ensure task completion

• Coordinates work activities with other supervisors

• Develops plans to meet short-term objectives

• Identify and resolve operational problems using defined processes, expertise and judgment

• Work with physician business managers to help coordinate projects for contracted provider offices

• Help manage call center as well as call center vendors

• Work with patient retention team and escalate patient issues as needed

• Pull and analyze reports to submit to manager

• Own different types of projects

• Track projects until completion

• Directly manage data entry team

• Oversee data entry and audit data entry team as needed

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years directly supervising a team

• 3+ years of project management experience

• Experience working in a call center

• Intermediate proficiency with MS Suite (including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)

• You will be asked to perform this role in an office setting or other company location, however, may be required to work from home temporarily due to space limitations.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree

• Experience using Tableau

• Experience working with Genesys
