This role is a hybrid position based in Sleepy Hollow, NY. Colleagues must be on-site a minimum of 3 non-consecutive days, inclusive of either a Monday or Friday. Remote work is not an option for this role. This role cannot be based in Basking Ridge, NJ.

The Associate Director, Consum Marketing Gastroenterology will have a passion for being at the forefront of media and technology innovation in service of patients who live with Eosinophilic Esophagitis (EoE). You have the ability to infuse patient insights into business strategies to craft activation plans that increase awareness and educate patients. You are able to define the campaign measurement and learning plan and translate results in a meaningful way. You are invigorated by collaborating with cross-functional partners, an alliance counterpart, and have experience leading agency partners to meet our business/ brand goals. This position will report into the Associate Director, Consumer Marketing Lead Gastroenterology.

A Typical Day Might Look Like This:

  • Deliver innovative DTC solutions to address key stakeholder needs, provide strategic recommendations, and deliver tactics that achieve business/ brand goals.

  • Lead the strategic and creative development of non-personal promotion (NPP) materials - specifically the digital ecosystem - to achieve the brand's critical success factors and business objectives.

  • Lead media analysis and develop strategies to determine the right media channels. Assess media spending levels by channel, flighting strategies, communication levels and measurement by tactic.

  • Oversee media planning and buying across digital and offline channels such as TV, Online Video, Programmatic and endemic display, Social and Search (SEM/SEO)

  • Ability to interpret data from multiple sources such as marketing mix models, analytics, performance data and market research to build actionable insights and optimizations.

  • Develop a strategic roadmap for the digital ecosystem and implement new use cases involving new technological and operational capabilities delivered in partnership with the Alliance.

  • Build and maintain a customer relationship management (CRM) platform across online and offline channels and oversee creation of emails and email cadence.

  • Collaborate with external agencies, internal partners, and leadership to build, manage, and execute marketing plans to achieve business objectives and goals, specifically across the digital ecosystem (website, banners, social ads, emails).

  • Participate in annual brand planning process as DTC representative as part of a cross-functional team to assess needs in development, ensure alignment, and presentation to senior leadership.

This Position Might Be For You If:

  • Demonstratable understanding of media planning and NPP digital promotion.

  • Experience with developing and executing consumer marketing campaigns across all channels (e.g., TV, Digital, Social, Website, CRM).

  • Working knowledge of brand management principles.

  • Experience developing measurement and learning plans and identifying key campaign metrics (KPIs) and utilizing for continuous enhancements and future design/innovation.

  • Experience managing multiple external agencies including advertising, media, digital, database agencies and internal partners.

  • Ability to influence at all levels in a highly matrixed organization, including senior management.

  • Strong planning and organization skills, attention to detail, execution, and follow-through.

To be considered you must possess a minimum of a 10+ years of "progressive" pharmaceutical industry; at least 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech marketing, product management, or related/relevant professional experience. Bachelor's Degree, MBA a plus. Experience in Immunology/ Gastroenterology strongly preferred. Alliance/ co-promote experience preferred. Must be willing to travel up to 25% (including weekend travel as needed).

$151,800.00 - $247,800.00
