This role is responsible for overseeing Financial Services account implementations including large scale, national accounts. Position is critical to ensure successful onboarding of client relationships including interface with senior leaders across the organization, project teams, technology, operations and other key business functions. Client Account Implementations team will implement 1,700 new employer groups and 1,000 renewals in 2018. This team also is responsible to ensure seamless integration to Financial Services for new large business wins such as Disney, Bass Pro and ADP that have complex and customized plan features. The position has responsibility to hire and lead client account management team. Role will be responsible for managing approximately 10 direct reports as part of the span of control.

5 years of professional Project Management (Business) experience
Prior Client facing experience
3 years of Client or Account Management experience
3 years of Client Implementation experience
2 years of experience managing a team
Experience managing large complex projects and success in juggling multiple tasks and issue resolution
Intermediate proficiency MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
HSA or FSA experience
