This individual will serve as a ABMS Associate Director for emerging advanced programs within the BMC2 & Autonomy Solutions portfolio in the Mission Systems strategic business unit.

This position is onsite and located in McKinney, TX.

Relocation assistance is available provided final candidate meets eligibility requirements.

What You Will Do:

• Leverage military operational experience in developing solutions for USAF or US Navy Battle Management and Command and Control

• Perform as BMC2 SME on Operations and Mission Analysis IPT in the ABMS Consortium

• Report to ABMS Program Manager

• Serve as Deputy Program Manager to successfully manage schedule, cost and risk for assigned programs

• Lead future Advanced Battle Management System and Joint All Domain Command and Control programs and business captures

• Develop long range strategic business plan for ABMS and JADC2 related programs

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Must have a minimum of 12+ years of experience in execution of Command and Control and Battle Management operational environment.

• Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience

• Must have experience in execution in United States Air Force (USAF) or

• United States Navy (USN) Battle Management Command operational environment

• Must have planning and managing programs to deliver BMC2 systems and capabilities

• Must have knowledge of advanced program facility management, IT systems and data transfers

• Must have knowledge of emerging military Concepts of Operations

• Must have experience/knowledge of technology concepts and strategies for addressing BMC2 operational needs

• Experience/knowledge of JADC2, Multi-Domain Operations and Long Range Kill Chains

• The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required

• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Qualifications We Prefer:

• Experience working on advanced program Consortiums.

• Direct knowledge of software development programs, Agile Development, and DevSecOps

• Experienced working with next generation air dominance advanced programs and systems; air dominance government customers; and air dominance prime and subcontractors

The salary range for this role is 143,000 USD - 287,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
