The University of Southern California Marshall School of Business seeks an engaging professional for the role of Associate Director of Admissions, MS in Business Analytics Program. Responsibilities and Duties

  • Responsible for planning and execution of recruitment, admission and enrollment of approximately 200 new students annually in the MSBA program

  • Will develop, interpret, and administer recruitment, enrollment and admissions goals while ensuring a strong fit with our program throughout the outreach, selection, and yield process.

  • This position will successfully represent the school and effectively communicate with stakeholders on and off campus to create and implement effective strategies to support recruitment and enrollment goals.

  • Will manage marketing initiatives for the department

  • Responsible for development and implementation of short and long term goals to ensure the delivery of quality services for prospective students through customer service, personal attention, and responsiveness.

  • Creates an annual recruitment outreach plan for an assigned geographic territory, which supports the accomplishment of the University's overall enrollment goals and takes into account the various trends and executes specific recruitment strategies.

  • Evaluates admission application materials and will coordinate review strategies with the admissions committee.

  • Will assist with program related events as needed

  • The Associate Director of Admissions will directly report to the Academic Director

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in student affairs, student development, counseling, higher education, or other related field.

  • Preferred Experience: 4-5 years

  • Demonstrated communication skills (interpersonal, written, verbal, presentation) to work with a variety of diverse constituents including students, families, faculty, and staff.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree, Combined experience/education as substitute for minimum education

  • Minimum Experience: 2 years, Combined education/experience as substitute for minimum experience

  • Minimum Field of Expertise: Recruitment and admissions experience with knowledge of transfer credit policies and financial aid programs

Anticipated Salary Range

$65,000 - $72,000
