Job Summary:
Highlights is seeking a dynamic and driven Associate Digital Traffic Manager to help streamline Digital workflows and ensure that all projects are executed efficiently and on time. This role will be responsible for crafting project schedules, supervising status of ongoing projects and deliverables, and helping the team remove any roadblocks. This role requires exceptional communication and organization skills, a natural curiosity and propensity for continuous improvement, and the ability to cultivate relationships with diverse personalities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Coordinate the flow of digital marketing assets across various platforms, ensuring timely delivery and optimal performance
Partner with business teams to craft and refine creative project requests to facilitate effective use of the Creative team time and increase creative output
Collaborate with eCommerce team in scoping the requirements for digital marketing projects
Manage and contribute to multiple digital projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
Reschedule and reassign work as necessary to support resourcing
Support traffic of print materials as needed to support other Marketing Ops team members

Complete initial touchbases with cross-functional team members
Understand Marketing Operations tools
Within your first year, you'll:
Develop solid relationships with cross-functional team members
Be a trusted and knowledgeable partner about all things related to digital execution
Understand print execution in order to support members of the Marketing Ops team
Contribute ideas to improve existing processes and tools
Education and Experience:
Bachelors' Degree with 1-3 years of experience in traffic and/or project management
1-3 years of relevant experience working in an in-house creative team, digital company, agency, or studio
Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Working knowledge of Workfront or other similar project tracking tools
Experience in Airtable or similar programs is a plus
