The Associate Digital Marketing Manager is a key member of the Stanley Black & Decker Digital Customer Experience Team. This individual will support the overall digital marketing strategy. They will work cross functionally with members of product marketing, IT, digital product,channel and brand marketing teams. With oversight from the Digital Marketing Manager, the position will help bring to fruition a cohesive and effective digital marketing strategy.
Implement overall digital marketing strategy - serving as the day-to-day digital account manager.
Manage campaigns and timelines within Workfront (project management tool) and coordinate directly with resource management team.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to create, update, and maintain various digital properties such as websites, landing pages, and microsites. Additionally, collaborate with internal digital marketing team members to develop and manage digital marketing campaigns including email/CRM, social, paid search, SEO, and sweepstakes.
Collaborate with Digital Marketing Manager (DMM) on overarching digital marketing strategy
Work with SMEs (subject matter experts analytics, social, email, SEO) on monthly brand dashboard reports delivered.
Actively partner with cross-functional teams including brand marketing, product marketing, channel marketing, IT support, corporate communications, and customer service to expand education and penetration of digital activity.
Collaborate cross-functionally to develop a consistent online customer experience and identify new opportunities to increase conversion and cultivate improved relationships with our audiences.
Identify and develop new opportunities to drive traffic, increase reach, acquire new customers, and increase sales.
Develop strategy plans, concepts and campaign results.
Perform competitive analysis for digital on an as requested basis as it relates to the strategy for the brands within the digital space.
BA or BS required.
4+ years' experience in digital marketing. Agency experience is a plus.
Strong project management/organizational skills required.
Demonstrated proficiency in managing more complex web development and marketing projects, including working closely with IT on integrations.
Strong familiarity with executing best practices in all digital functions including: web development, acquisition marketing (email, banner ads, online video, paid search and SEO, etc), and web analytics.
Experience with web analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics).
Understanding of content management systems.
