We are looking for a Digital Engagement Strategist with a healthcare background, capable of digging in and supporting major Life Science brands encompassing pharma, biotech and MedTech brands. 

Reporting to the Director of Media and Engagement, this role is a hybrid role encompassing the responsibilities of both analytics and ad operations to support clients. The ideal candidate will have experience as both a B2B and DTC marketer, having launched campaigns across various platforms including Google, Bing, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc. 

As part of this role, you will be responsible for reporting and analyzing a variety of digital campaigns at the agency. This includes the development of reporting templates, as well as mid-and post-campaign reporting, analysis, optimizations, and recommendations across the full spectrum of digital media (display, paid social, video, email, SEM, website analytics, etc.). 

You will help oversee and support our digital ad operations process across all digital media, working closely with several digital strategists, account leads, and other media team staff to manage campaigns with tasks including but not limited to: Campaign/ad tracking set up and monitoring, reporting, and dashboards.

The ideal candidate will be a well-versed in digital marketing within the healthcare and pharma space, with a strategic mindset and work as part of a relatively small yet growing dynamic team. 

Requirements

  • Ability to dig into brands and engagements from a strategic standpoint, with ability to lay a foundation for success while seeing it through to fruition and growth, guide internal teams and clients alike. 
  • Planning and day-to-day management/optimization of digital media campaigns including Search engine marketing, paid social and Display. 
  • Scale existing channels and find new channels to make sure each market can reach maximum potential 
  • Setup and implement reporting via Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Data Studio/Looker. Analytics experience will include setting up, analyzing, and reporting of conversion events, pageview and event level tracking. 
  • Develop A/B and multivariate testing programs for agency clients including banner creative, ad text, and other optimization testing opportunities. 
  • Prepare and present campaign reports from analytics tools and present to teammates and clients. 
  • Stay on top of the latest trends in Web Analytics, PPC, and Paid Social advertising 
  • Work closely with other strategists, creatives, projects managers, and developers to provide insights that help guide brands across SEO/SEM/Social campaigns, websites, email marketing communication, general interactive designs, branding campaigns and more. 
  • Collaborate with the larger agency team to build reusable documents and processes. 
  • Have a solid understanding of earned, paid, owned, and shared media planning 
  • As a resourceful and resilient self-starter, you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment where initiative and innovation are required 
  • Exceptional ability to provide insights on sets of data, content, and research. 
  • May assist and participate in media buying exploration tasks 
  • Comfortable participating in client and internal calls/meetings. 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Healthcare and pharma experience is required 
  • Minimum 1-3 years in a similar role 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while juggling multiple projects and responsibilities. We’ll never overwhelm you but ask that you are able to handle multiple tasks, sometimes at once, while being able to prioritize. 
  • Strong client interfacing skills and ability to create easily understood and actionable presentational material 
  • Exceptional organizational, collaboration and communication skills 

Bonus Points 

  • Client-side marketing experience 
  • Digital Marketing certifications such as GA4, Google Tag Manager, HubSpot/Marketo/Salesforce, Microsoft Ads and/or Google Ads are a nice plus 
  • User Experience and conversion optimization background 
  • Experience in small, nimble agencies 
  • Experience working on lead-gen/growth marketing initiatives
