What You'll Be Doing

• Create and maintain: Create spec sheets and tech packs for manufacuring teams. Maintain knowledgde of market and consumer trends. Support all PLM system process and procedures per company and brand requirements

• Colloborate: Collaborate and communicate with internal teams to proactively manage timelines and facilitate processes for your design work. Work closely with development teams to build product with innovative materials.

• Assist: Assist the design of a line that supports the brand essense through sketching ability, understanding or brand positions, and innovative and creative input.

• Collaborate: Work with product team to design new products from concept through production, ensuring delivery in line with critical dates, product specifications and profitability goals.

• Become an expert: Sketch, render and model concepts from conception to sales-ready samples, generating innovative ideas and design solutions.

Qualifications that Make You the Perfect Fit!

• Bachelor's Degree in Design or related field

• 2+ years of design experience in footwear or fashion

• Strong sketching skills

• Understanding of performance footwear construction and material, a plus.

• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator

• Have the ability to seek out upcoming trends in the sport category

This position has a compensation range of $61,540- $73,232. Please note that the salary provided is a good faith estimate for the position. The final compensation offer will be determined after reviewing relevant factors, which include a candidate's qualifications and experience, where appropriate.
