Develop comprehensive treatment plans based on patient needs and preferences, educate patients on treatment options Patient Care: Provide compassionate and patient-centered care, build positive relationships with patients Leadership and Collaboration: Collaborate with dental assistants, hygienists, and administrative staff to ensure smooth operations Adherence to Protocols:
