Position Summary
The Mobile Demand Fulfillment Team works with Supply Chain, Logistics, the Service and Packaging Centers, and with the individual Carrier Account Teams to process Customer Orders, Monitor Shipments, and ensure On-Time Delivery to respective Customer Ship-To Locations.
The Coordinator will be responsible for creating Delivery orders and escalate inventory alignment issues to management.
Role and Responsibilities
Manage Customer Orders, Internal Requests, and Confirmation Process.
Communicate daily with account, operations, and logistics/transportation teams on behalf of your team to efficiently and accurately process, allocate and ship orders based on specific account requirements.
Communicate and provide visibility to the management.
Supervise a team of support personnel to ensure order entry efficiency and accuracy as well as customer service related follow-up duties.
Resolve and or escalate inquiries and concerns professionally and in a timely manner.
Conduct CPFR calls to discuss shipping plan across department among different planning teams and customers.
Monitor EDI errors and price discrepancy in SAP and ensure data is accurate in Orders.
Coordinate and communicate with planning teams to align Orders with inventory supply, demand changes, DC allocation, etc.
Allocate available inventory based on RDD and customer DC, delivery requirements and shipment methods.
Create Shipment Plan and Delivery Orders based on the planning, and facilitate with logistic team and transportation team to push through weekly shipment to ensure on time delivery.
Communicate cross functional alignment around supply chain cycle (QA, Logistic, Planning, Sales, and Finance).
Escalate issues with product availability, launch schedule, and sales demands to management.

Coordinated with various teams and developed new business models for side and/or large projects related to supply chain management.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, supply chain, or related field is preferred.
3+ years of professional experience in supply chain, or sales support preferred.
Must be analytical, detailed, and organized with excellent follow up skill.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated individual able to prioritize and multi-task effectively when working independently or in a team, in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment.
Mid proficiency in MS Excel.
