This position is responsible for maintaining visibility of demand pipeline for assigned portfolio(s) to all stakeholders to ensure effective alignment of demand and capacity; providing input into financial, workforce, and technical capacity planning processes. The position will coordinate across all stakeholders to gather input, ensure quality and SLA compliance of the Intake and Demand management process.
This position is responsible for assisting in handling the central pool of resources across technologies and platforms, processing resource requests, and assisting in the onboarding of employees and contractors to meet business needs.
Maintain a comprehensive demand pipeline view, associated tools, and repository.
Support the communication and consolidation of demands and change management requests within a portfolio.
Collect necessary input from all stakeholders, consolidate, analyze, report on quality and SLA compliance. Take necessary actions for quality and SLA compliance for Intake and Demand process.
Assist in maintaining capacity and utilization data of all the resources in the Business Solution organization
Assist in forecast on capacity based on demand
Assist in on-boarding employees and contractor
Assist in vendor financial management (SOW, invoice)
Required Job Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting/Information Technology and 2 years Information Technology experience; OR Tech Certification and 4 years Information Technology experience; OR 6 years of Financial management in Information Technology experience.
Teamwork and collaboration skills; oral and written communications skills.
Knowledge of project planning tools e.g., MS Project.
Analysis and modeling tools e.g., Excel.
Knowledge of application development platforms.
Knowledge of cloud computing / SaaS.
Knowledge of mobile and web technologies.
Knowledge of data center platforms (servers, storage).
Knowledge of end-user platforms (desktops, laptops, mobile).
Preferred Job Qualifications:
Knowledge of ROI calculation, and accounting practices
