About the Job

We are currently looking for an Associate Curation & Delivery Manager in Glen Allen, VA. The position is responsible for ensuring all client needs are met by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products as well as team members within the Data Curation & Delivery Department. The schedules for this position will be Sunday-Thursday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m. and Saturday-Wednesday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

Essential Functions

  • Ensures superior client satisfaction by developing strong working relationships with client contacts.

  • Presents products and services offered by RetailData to clients based on their specific needs.

  • Manages 2 -- 4% of the business defined by key metrics (Number of Jobs, Number of Items, and Revenue).

  • Manages clients that are stable maintenance accounts, and or no recent history of customer service issues.

  • Optimizes schedule on behalf of client by determining optimal store selection, audit type, collection methodology and frequency.

  • Maintains high level of communication with client contacts and establishes working relationships with key decision makers; maintenance of client relationships.

  • Ensures that metric goals are met or exceeded, to include on-time delivery, accuracy and completeness of data.

  • Maintains the integrity of client data required to meet client deliverables.

  • Up-sells clients with incremental auditing, new services and special audits.

  • Validates files submitted by the field before delivery to the client (download, apply, correct, purge, reapply).

  • Extracts client-customized files from internal database.

  • Maintains competitive pricing information (downloading client information) via tape, e-mail or hardcopy.

  • Creates schedule template for customized special, weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or yearly audits.

  • Approves invoices and ensures billing accuracy for all completed jobs.

  • Creates subsets/bar codes when necessary and ensures list optimization.

  • Reviews Quality of Work including match rates and data metrics on all jobs.

  • Sets up job numbers/chain/zones.

  • Other duties as assigned.


This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; and a minimum of 1 years of account management experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
