Responsible for managing all facets of product still and social/ digital photo and video production for Global Creative ensuring impactful messaging and consistent brand voice in all executions. Ability to multi-task within a fast-paced environment, manage communication between cross-functional teams and oversee that pre-production product needs are met to ensure that content is produced to plan is essential. This position will drive continuous improvement to meet the growing volume of image needs and drive greater efficiencies across all brand channels. Reports into Manager Content Production, Video and Print.


  • Produce photo shoots for all product, partnering with Creative Marketing on shot list and collaborating with Art Leads on direction

  • Works with the Manager, Post Production to on timeline needs for all post production of still assets, ensuring that estimates and timelines are in line with project goals.

  • Manages post production on video assets inclusive of retouching needs and approvals, owning appropriate routing to final destination in server.

  • Manages a calendar of all work flowing through the photo team and schedules shoot days accordingly prioritizing work based on capacity, deadlines and competing priorities

  • Monitor photography workflow pace; ensuring product is prepared and on schedule

  • Ensure photographers (on staff and freelance) are able to deliver against business and operational objectives

  • Work closely with PD, Marketing, Social Digital and Ecommerce to ensure samples process allows for timely deliverables

  • Identifies opportunities to improve tools, systems and processes while partnering to help drive innovation and improvement within team

  • Maintains proper accounting and tracking of usage rights for all images in partnership with Asset Manager

  • Help manage Production Assistant to oversee brand wardrobe closet, ensuring organization, upkeep, additions/edits from brand campaign shoots, and updates each season

  • Oversees the digital assets for all photography across all channels and assist with integration and onboarding of newly developing DAM ensuring all assets are uploaded to DAM, as needed

  • Execute legal and procedural regulations regarding prop usage, copyright and model releases, as needed

  • Manages necessary hiring of and executes contracts for all freelancers such as additional photographers, stylists, hair & make-up and talent

  • Budget: plan, update and oversee annual still content budget. Ensure monthly reconciliation is on target, updating for monthly reviews with Global Finance Department


  • 2 years related experience

  • Possess strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to set priorities, multi-task and meet deadlines

  • Demonstrate strong listening, problem solving skills

  • Proven interpersonal, organizational, written and oral communications skills

  • Must demonstrate ability to take initiative

  • Understanding of the operations of a DAM system (or related digital asset management tools)

  • Thorough knowledge of all digital file formats and their best-practice applications

  • Hands on experience working in a Mac environment

  • Experience managing a CMS a plus
