Associate Creative Director/Art Director Company Description Wonderful Agency is the full-service, award-winning, in-house agency that operates as the exclusive creator of marketing communications and brand experiences for such iconic brands as FIJI Water, POM Wonderful, Wonderful Pistachios & Almonds, Wonderful Halos, JUSTIN, Landmark Wines, Lewis Cellars, Teleflora, and more. We are seeking an Associate Creative Director/Art Director who is dedicated to excelling at their craft and having a life outside of work.

This is an opportunity to work under one of the most passionate and people-focused CCOs in the business. You will have the opportunity to produce award-winning creative and mentor/lead a very talented group of Art Directors and Designers. What you won't be doing is wasting time on new business pitches or creating work for testing, since we don't do either.

This position will report to the Executive Creative Director and will be based at our West Los Angeles, CA office. We work a hybrid schedule with an in-office requirement Monday-Wednesday and the option to work remotely on Thursday and Friday. Job Description Work in partnership with other Creatives and at the direction of the CCO to concept and plan execution of integrated campaigns and programs across various media and platforms, especially social, digital, video, experiences, and content.

Support our extensive philanthropic efforts in health & wellness, education, community development, and the arts. Work in an open and collaborative, "idea-first" environment to create culture-driving, brand-building work. Collaborate with top photographers and directors as well as emerging production talent.

Own the assignment; ensure quality across all aspects of project deliverables. Serve as a career mentor for direct reports through development and performance management. Engage in recruitment of new Creatives.

Build and nurture relationships with cross-functional teams. Collaborate, inform, and interact with company owners and business presidents regularly. Create an environment that is:

A strong portfolio demonstrating your ability to create simple, original ideas and innovative approaches across channels, along with the writing skills and attention to detail to execute superbly in various mediums.

At least 7 years of experience as an ad agency Art Director working on 360 campaigns. Pay Range: $160,000 - $180,000 and may include a discretionary bonus. Final compensation will depend upon skills & experience.
