Your Role: Associate Creative Director/Copy Shape Tomorrow's Stories

As the heartbeat of our Creative Department, you'll collaborate closely with Creative Directors, shaping our agency's vision. Your mission? To lead client relationships, drive strategic initiatives, and ensure top-notch deliverables. You'll mastermind revenue growth, inspire our team, and maintain sky-high creative standards.

As an Associate Creative Director/Copy, you'll be the driving force behind captivating narratives.

• Leadership: Inspire and guide our creative team.

• Expertise: Master core copy and creative functions.

• Strategic Thinking: Fuel ideas that move mountains (or at least client budgets).

• Presentation Skills: Persuade with finesse.

• Relationship Building: Forge bonds with colleagues and clients.

• Quality Assurance: Ensure stellar creative deliverables.

• Client Whisperer: Decode the secret language of creativity.

Requirements:

• 6-10 years in advertising.

• Proven cross-functional team management.

• Experience in market access or financial services.

• Relentless energy, humor, and an open mind.

• Inspirational leadership qualities.

• Excellent copywriting and communication skills.

• Deadline-driven multitasker.

• Creative process conductor.

• Dynamic presenter.

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $135k to $150k. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high of the Syneos Health range for this position. Actual salary will vary based on various factors such as the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, and proficiency for the role. In addition, some positions may include eligibility to earn commissions/bonus based on company and/or individual performance.
