Associate Creative Director, Copy

You have killer communication and presentation skills. You play well with others (departments and clients). You have experience with, and are passionate about, leading and growing the next great creatives. You own everything you touch.

You understand, and embrace, the business of running a brand. You have no problem playing up or down on any given day. You are down to play on pitches.

You produce great work fast. You are happy working remotely most of the time but down to travel to clients as needed and occasionally to our office in Cedar Knolls New Jersey, Saratoga Springs New York, or Philadelphia for internal meetings. You are located in close enough to drive to Cedar Knolls, New Jersey where our main office is located.

You are hard on the work but easy to work with. You have 7-10 years of agency experience give or take. In this position, you will lead a major AOR brand across HCP and patient audiences.
