Whole Foods Market (WFM) is part of the Amazon family, and we're excited about the many ways we are and will continue to work together to drive value for our customers. The Associate Creative Director (ACD) will lead the WFM and Prime Savings Program creative development for Amazon's owned and operated channels (e.g. gateway, destination pages, email, etc.) in support of key retail events (e.g. Mother's Day, Prime Day, Q4 Holidays, etc.), evergreen and seasonal messaging, and influence creative developed with internal partner teams. This person will work closely with the integrated marketing team's onsite marketing manager and internal and external creative teams to ensure the creative content aligns with the messaging strategy and content calendar and is optimized based on data. The ACD will engage with the central Prime design and onsite teams to ensure results and best practices are applied to the WFM/Prime content.

Work closely with the onsite marketing manager to understand the business objectives and content strategy.
Work with partner team's Creative Directors and design teams to develop design concepts and gather information, discuss alternatives, gain approval and review design specifications.
Fluency in moving from understanding and interpreting strategy to developing and producing concepts. This also building and refining brand design guidelines.
Create concepts, sketches, graphics and high-fidelity executions for marketing campaigns.
Present and defend your own work to your team, peers, stakeholders and senior executives.
Working with UX and engineers to ensure creative concepts can be executed and are optimized for the customer journey.
Understand and respond to performance data and steer the direction of future creative designs.
