   ASSOCIATE COUNSELOR, PART-TIME

DEPARTMENT:        WELLSVILLE COMMUNITY RESIDENCE – WELLSVILLE, NY
HOURS:THURSDAY 4:00 PM TO 10:00 PMSATURDAY  12:00 PM TO 8:00 PM
SALARY:                     Minimum $16.86/hr.

AVAILABLE:                ASAPJOB FUNCTION:Performs direct care work teaching adult daily living skills and supervising residents in agency community residence or apartment program.  Supportive counseling and daily household tasks.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Experience, and KnowledgeBachelor’s degree in human services-related field; or an associate degree in human service-related field and three years’ experience in human services; or a high school diploma and five years’ experience in human services.Must possess a working knowledge of current issues and concerns of people with mental illness, rehabilitative training methods, and community resources.

Other Qualifications
