Required Qualifications:

• Coursework/Training: Training in institutional food preparation.

• National Food Handler Card

• State County City Authority within 30 days of hire.

• California Fire and Life Safety Card

• National Organization within 30 days of hire.

• 1 year of cooking experience, preferably as a grill/short order cook.
