Lilly USA IT Solution and Insights Services is responsible for driving technology innovation for the US Affiliate. You will primarily focus on data integration and analytic solution delivery. This position will report to the IT manager primarily responsible for solution delivery and innovation.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop data-centric solutions to be advance our business teams within the US Sales and Marketing Affiliate

  • Consult with internal customers (e.g. Brand teams) to develop analyses that lead to actionable insights

  • Work with data from multiple data sources to build integrated views that will drive decisions

  • Achieve technical proficiency in the core tools used by the solution services team (e.g. SQL, SSAS, Tableau, Netezza)

  • Work in Agile Sprints with business facing project teams

  • Learn business processes and data used by business functions

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with and influence team members to drive solution delivery

  • Collaborate with both internal and external technical teams to understand the appropriate menu of technologies and tools, and then incorporate knowledge to improve solution delivery efforts

  • Design and build data visualizations

  • Develop proof of concepts

  • Understand the key elements of the project related data and business usage

  • Ensure design and development adheres to quality and compliance requirements

  • Responsible for the solution system performance and user experience (UX/UI)

  • Partner with vendor resources on solution development to ensure understanding of data and technical direction for solutions

  • Develop technical requirements and solution designs

  • Responsible for system testing, ensuring effective resolution of defects

  • Stay abreast of tools and technologies to deliver the best solutions to business

  • Ensure adherence to appropriate quality standards and risk-based decision-making for all delivery efforts

  • Ensure successful transition of applications to service management team through planning and knowledge transfer

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree

  • 2+ years ETL and/or Business Intelligence tools

In this role, you will provide technical assistance on EHS regulatory compliance, training, auditing, and performance improvement projects for multi-national clients, while working across ERM's Performance and Assurance, Mergers and Acquisitions, and Contaminated Site Management practice teams. RESPONSIBILITIES * Perform EHS compliance audits, assessments and quick diagnostics at industrial and commercial facilities, and implement follow-up corrective actions to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. * Perform EHS program consulting, management systems implementation and auditing to international standards. * Provide consulting advice to industry clients * Prepare concise reports that assess potential EHS, social and governance liability risks * Provide general EHS compliance support to clients, including on site as needed * Perform multiple projects concurrently within strict time frames, scope/budget/schedule expectations and ensure quality standards on project deliverables * Manage EHS consulting projects and support ERM Partners-in-Charge and Project Managers to effectively manage projects * Communicate effectively and frequently with clients, ERM employees, and vendors REQUIREMENTS * Bachelors degree in the environmental or other sciences or engineering or safety management or related discipline * 3 to 10 years of experience in in-plant EHS management * Solid knowledge of EPA and OSHA regulations, understanding of core business and legal concepts of business operations, and continued interest in working on EHS performance improvement. * Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills; experience writing comprehensive technical reports * Ability to multi-task, maintain flexibility, travel, and work independently with minimal supervision * Asbestos building inspector certification a plus Who We Are: As the world's leading sustainability consulting firm, ERM is uniquely positioned to contribute to the environment and society through the expertise and energy of our employees worldwide.
