Infosys Financial Services Associate Consultant Commercial Banking Business Analyst

As an Associate Consultant, you will be a key contributor to the consulting team at different phases of the project including discovery, solution generation, design/architecture and the detailing of the overall process. You will be involved in the recommendation, configuration, evaluation and deployment of high-quality solutions that enable our clients to meet the changing needs of the global landscape.

Location for this position is Johnston, RI (daily commutable distance from Greater Boston area). This position may require travel and/or relocation.

Desired Skills & Experience


  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required. Will also consider one year of relevant work experience in lieu of every year of education.

  • At least 2 years of experience in IT.


  • At least 4 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting current state and future state of systems and processes

  • At least 4 years of experience in creating Business Requirement Specifications, Solution or Functional Requirement Specifications, Test Cases and Acceptance Criteria based on Architecture/Design/Detailing of processes

  • At least 4 years of experience with Agile methodologies (preferably Agile Scrum) as a Business Analyst

  • At least 4 years of experience in one or more of the following Financial Services / Banking domains / Banking products

  • Commercial Banking

  • Treasury Solutions - Cash Management, Liquidity, Account Payables/Receivables, Commercial Card

  • Capital Markets (Trading systems, Bonds, Equities)

  • Commercial Real Estate

  • Corporate Banking, Corporate Finance

  • Commercial lending Loan origination, underwriting, credit decision and Servicing

  • Banking products: AFSVision, Empower, Fusion Loan IQ, Trade Innovation Plus, Clearing Brokers (Bloomberg TOMS or Pershing)

  • At least 2 years of experience in requirement elicitation techniques like JAD/sessions, workshops, interviews, surveys etc.

  • At least 2 years of experience in Business Analysis tools like HP ALM and MS Visio

  • Analytical skills

  • Planning and Co-ordination skills

  • Quick learning ability

  • Experience and desire to work in a management consulting environment that requires regular travel

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
