WSP USA is looking for talented individuals to join our team as an Associate Consultant to support the company's growing Sustainability, Energy and Climate Change team. See wsp.com/advancingsustainability for a description of our team and capabilities.
This position could work out of WSP's offices in Arlington, VA; Bethlehem, PA; Boulder, CO; Buffalo, NY; Chicago, IL; New York, NY; Portland, OR; San Diego, CA; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA. Other WSP office locations or remote options may be considered for an exceptional candidate.
The individual will support a client-facing team in the design, implementation, and management of sustainability and resilience programs for a variety of clients, including Global 100 corporations. The ideal candidate will have the flexibility and capacity to work on a wide variety of projects and the demonstrated ability to work well with cross-functional teams. Candidates should be passionate about sustainability and climate resilience, self-motivated and self-directed, collaborative, and able to produce high-quality work products.

Duties and Responsibilities
As an associate consultant, you will be expected to join project teams, working under the guidance of experienced project leaders and subject matter experts to deliver sustainability solutions to our clients. Compensation:
Expected Salary (all locations): $56,400 - $93,060
WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location. WSP USA reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant's sex or other status protected by local, state, and/or federal law.
Expected Salary (Colorado only): $56,400 - $87,340
