The Associate Consultant is integral to the daily operation of the firm, and will have an active role in all aspects of engagements, including:
The Associate Consultant position involves 75 - 90% computer work (doing research, modeling data using Excel, creating attractive tables/charts/maps, and analyzing results), 5 - 15% travel (often local, often national, and rarely international); and 5-10% presentation/communication of results.
The Associate Consultant position is an outstanding opportunity for recent graduates as well as professionals who desire to expand their knowledge of the real estate industry in a strategic consulting function.
