Who We're Looking For
A highly motivated and trustworthy individual with management and wider 'life' experience; the individual must be prepared to work a 9-1700 routine whilst supporting an on-call rotation in return for joining a close-knit team working on interesting and challenging subjects. They must possess very strong written skills.
May be required to travel internationally on consulting projects
What You Will Work On
Work with the Operations Manager to coordinate activities between the Operational Support Team
Delivery of support to Crisis24 Management for the provision of Crisis Response and Security Risk Management services
Providing out of normal working hours on-call support to Crisis Response on a rotational basis
Writing, supervising and copy-editing of regular and bespoke analytical reports
Research appropriate sources and prepare verbal or written briefing material ahead of client engagements or presentations
Provide clients with research and in-depth analytical reports utilising appropriate intelligence verified data and sources
Representing the OST at client meetings and other engagements
Delivering presentations to various business audiences
Supporting the business across a wide range of activities including marketing, travel coordination and administration tasks where necessary
Support Special Risk Response program with administrative services and support
Deploy, sometimes at short notice, internationally in support of Crisis and Security Consulting projects
What You Will Bring
International Relations (or similar) at a master's level qualification is preferable
3+ years relevant industry specific experience
Experience of working in a variety of commercial environments is required to adapt to demonstrate adaptability
An adaptable and flexible approach to working is required - the role may involve oversea deployments for extended periods of time
Previous military, security services, commercial/corporate security and/or analytical experience
Integrity, professionalism and discretion; individuals must be able to handle information and issues of the upmost sensitivity
A strong understanding on Security and Risk Management principles based on best practise standards
A very high standard of written English
Attention to detail, together with the ability to proofread and provide feedback from the out start of the contract
Calm, resourceful and with the ability to make sensible decisions whilst dealing with complex and emotive problems
A personable and engaging individual able to present to a variety of commercial audiences
Time management skills, including the ability to keep to tight deadlines
First rate communication skills (written and verbal)
A team player who can operate independently when required
Interested in geopolitical and security issues
IT literate
Clean driving license
Preferable Competencies:
Experience traveling around the developing world/difficult region is preferable
Flexibility to be deployed abroad for extended periods of time
Maritime experience - a strong understanding of the global maritime security environment would be beneficial
Experience of driving abroad is preferable
Preferred Spanish speaking

Protect the data and systems of Crisis24 and its stakeholders by adhering to policies, reporting incidents and potential problems, completing regular training, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
