What You'll Do at Pega:
In the Knowledge Management team, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the most dynamic personalities across the globe. Your core responsibilities are the following:
Forum moderation- Help clients find solutions faster, and make sure that Pega engineers can answer client questions; maintain a safe and fun environment for our clients
Content moderation- Review and moderate client-generated content and user profiles
Collaboration- Coordinate with stakeholders in other parts of the organization (documentation, training, services, solution consulting, other managers), to ensure the effectiveness of the Community Forum
Documentation- Help write technical and process documentation; contribute to internal documentation initiatives
Who You Are:
You are a collaborative individual and an excellent communicator. You love helping clients get answers through troubleshooting documentation and forum moderation. You are a technical writer, a self-starter who has the desier to consistently learn, grow and challenge the status quo.

What You've Accomplished:
College/University graduate with Business Writing, English, or a Liberal Arts degree
Experience working as a technical writer, editor, or content developer for troubleshooting documentation
Experience managing content projects, through collaboration with teams across the globe
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to translate complex concepts into concrete actions.
Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
Experience driving complex projects independently
Ability to provide creative solutions to difficult problems
