Overview
Assists with the support of VNS Health's cloud-based strategic technology platforms. Supports the functionality, quality, value and timely delivery of products and services within our AWS Infrastructure Portfolio that supports the desired Cloud capabilities for all lines of business. Works under general supervision.
Compensation:
$70,200.00 - $87,700.00 Annual

What You Will Do
Assists with day to day support for the operations of the AWS and Azure environments supporting VNS Health's applications and services, which includes the administration, operational support and problem resolution of building and maintaining Cloud Based solutions.
Supports cloud infrastructure troubleshooting and software problem resolution, takes appropriate corrective action and/or interacts with IT staff or vendors in performing testing, support and troubleshooting functions.
Supports the design, construction and deployment of cloud applications and services. Assists in assembling of the required documentation and procedures needed to support deployed cloud applications.
Possesses Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery (CICD) automation knowledge and tools to support lifecycle and project management for application development and deployment.
Utilizes cloud technologies to provide an auto-scaling cloud environment with disaster recovery capabilities within AWS or Azure.
Supports operational activities for local users, departmental support and computer operations staff.
Assists with the capacity planning and systems performance evaluation within the group.
Qualifications
Education:
Work Experience:
Minimum of one years' experience in systems operations and administration, telecommunications network installation, operation and maintenance required
Experience with Cloud based technologies (PaaS, IaaS, and Cloud Infrastructure Services) required
Effective consultative, communication and analytical skills and the ability to work effectively with clients, other systems technical staff, consultants and vendors required
Ability to communicate clearly and effectively (both written and verbally) with the customer's technical staff as well as management team required
Working knowledge of the AWS technology (e.g. EC2/StorageGateway/ Route53/S3/Cloudformation/ELB/ASG/VPC/DirectConnect/SES) required
Familiarity with Networking, Virtualization, Storage, and Cloud Automation preferred
Some experience in SharePoint & Office 365 required
Prior experience with building dynamic infrastructure within AWS or Azure preferred
Prior experience in supporting one or more cloud infrastructure migration projects is essential. preferred
Solid understanding of DNS solutions, Active Directory, and other LDAPs solution and cloud migration required
