In this role, you will identify supply chain savings opportunities and increase member utilization on contracts and programs. You will support various non-healthcare member contract activities identifying and partnering on member issues and bringing awareness of products and solutions. You will also assist teams with facilitating new contract launches including creating awareness with members on contract expirations and potential impacts.
Assist field sales team with the development of member plans and implementation of new solutions.
Gather information to assist members with contract decisions and business reviews.
Assist with the onboarding of new members and ongoing membership maintenance.
Work with field sales team on RFP responses and market basket requests.
Ensure LOCs/LOPs are presented and completed.
Support rollout of new or renewed contracts to ensure timely implementation.
Pre-qualify sales leads and collaborate with field sales team on vetted opportunities.
Maintain activity through Salesforce.com.
Relevant degree preferred.
No prior experience is required. Experience in account management, hospitality, high-level customer service and/or sales environment preferred.
Salesforce.com experience preferred.
