At RICK you will find an abundance of opportunities for mentorship, growth, and (of course) fun Learn more by visiting www.rickengineering.com Qualifications Candidate will have a BSCE, Colorado PE Registration, plus a minimum of five (5) years of public works experience or the equivalent of ten (10) years of total work experience. Candidate will be responsible for:

Project designs, including preparation of plans, technical specifications, bid documents, and cost estimates Required design experience includes municipal streets, drainage systems, water mains, sanitary sewers, ADA-compliant sidewalks, and other municipal infrastructure projects. Candidates for this position must demonstrate: Independent thought and decision-making abilities Management and supervisory skills As well as be adept in establishing and maintaining strong and positive working relationships with clients, public agency personnel and in-house professional peers Candidates experience will include the following:

Supervision of engineering designers (including daily assignments of work, review of work, and quality control) Management of project schedules and budgets Preparation of contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work Significant experience in client and public-agency interactions. Position generally requires extensive experience, demonstrated engineering abilities in all aspects of public works infrastructure projects and in interacting comfortably and productively with clients and public agencies. AutoCAD/Civil 3D or CAD experience required.
