Element has an opportunity for an Associate Chemical Testing Technician for the sample preparation and testing of samples.
Prepare water and soil samples for analysis in accordance with established QA procedures
Must be knowledgeable and understanding of the relevant SOPs to insure strict adherence of all procedures
Equipment / instrument maintenance as needed
Wash glassware and perform other tasks in required manner when necessary
Follow all safety procedures and policies which includes the use of lab coats, gloves and safety glasses at all times within the lab
Cross-training in other areas as well as assisting throughout the lab when needed
Overtime, weekend and holiday work is possible as needed
Skills / Qualifications

Undergraduate degree in Science related field preferred; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
