Job Title: Associate Channel Manager
Reports To: EVP, Global Alliances
What Need Can You Fill?
The Associate Channel Manager wins, maintains, and expands relationships with assigned channel partners. Assigned to channel partners based on geography, channel, or market, the Associate Channel Manager is responsible for growing sales pipeline through partners, partner recruitment and partner management objectives. The Associate Channel Manager represents the entire range of Intradiem's products and services to assigned partners though may focus on a specific solution or product set if focused in a partner vertical market. The Associate Channel Manager reports to the Executive Vice President of Alliances.
What Will You Be Doing?
Manage to a new opportunity and pipeline quota and lead pipeline development working closely with the partners
Organize and facilitate initial Qualification calls with partners and Fit calls in partnership with the assigned Account Executive.
Respond to and qualify inquiries to Intradiem products and services
Support the identification of prospective partners through research and analysis
Cultivate strategic relationships with key partners in the contact center tech industry, such as ACD, WFM, Speech Analytics, Chat, CRM and other Recruitment Marketing platforms
Manage partner relationships and develop channel sales opportunities relationship-building efforts, including: Qualification calls, Fit calls, Stage 1 and ongoing support
Promote the partnership joint value proposition to ensure awareness and collaboration
Responsible for establishing productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned partner accounts.
Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives and partners' expectations.
Conduct all business in accordance with Intradiem policies and procedures.
All other duties as assigned.
What Will You Need To Succeed?
Ability to communicate effectively over the telephone, email and social media with high-level decision makers and be a storyteller
Knowledge of basic business research tools like Google, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and others
Expertise in using Salesforce.com or similar CRM to organize and maximize prospecting efforts into target accounts
Have a structured/self-motivated approach to meeting weekly, monthly and quarterly goals
Typically requires 2 - 5 years of experience.
Bachelor's degree Preferred or Commensurate Work Experience.
Experience working in the software/application sales environment.
Experience in the contact center environment a PLUS.
