KPMG is currently seeking an Associate, Campus Recruiting to join our Human Resources organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate logistics for on-campus interview process, including scheduling interviews, posting job descriptions, downloading resumes and handling eApplication process

  • Coordinate all aspects of candidate event or program participation; work with Events & Meeting Services team as needed

  • Maintain recruiting relationship at target schools as determined by the Primary Recruiting Managers, which will include coordinating and attending events

  • Maintain relationships with key faculty and college placement offices as appropriate

  • Pre-identify candidates and maintain active pipeline from these campuses

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of one year of work experience in a corporate setting; Human Resources or recruiting-related experience a plus

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/ university

  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in work

  • Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills with the ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs

  • Available to work overtime on evenings and weekends as needed

Responsibilities: * Drive and support the diversity strategy and initiatives set by the Firm, National Diversity team and campus leadership to ensure assigned offices are aligned * Collaborate with local recruiters by spending time at target Universities as well as regional and national conferences to support and enhance diversity recruiting efforts; Monitor candidate progression and care for all students identified through these channels * Work to increase the pool of diverse candidates in local markets through outreach on campus and with diversity organizations ensuring pipeline for leadership and internship programs and fulltime positions * Review, analyze, summarize and report on diversity hiring for offices and functions, including qualitative and quantitative factors; Utilize information to strategize ways to enhance and improve results as needed on an office by office basis * Serve as a contact to our internal Diversity Network Leaders within assigned offices to ensure collaboration between the Networks and local campus recruiting teams * Collaborate with assigned functional leaders to strategically identify and provide recommendations of new ways to enhance the function's ability to attract, retain and develop a sustainable diverse pipeline of students Qualifications: * Minimum of four years of prior work experience in campus recruiting or similar role, preferably within a professional services environment * Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university * Strong attention to detail, organizational skills with solid knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) * Ability to coordinate multiple projects and programs in a high-impact environment * Flexibility to work evening hours and some weekends, with ability and willingness to travel about thirty percent of the time * Ability to use recruiting applicant tracking system for applicant tracking and reporting KPMG LLP (the U.S. member firm of KPMG International) offers a comprehensive compensation and benefits package.
