Job Summary:

Responsible for all post-sale activities of assigned clients and associated campaigns, including post-sale stewardship, inventory management, post-sale reporting, creating a strategic make-good/under delivery plan, and providing exceptional execution of client campaigns.

Ensures full integration of varied knowledge to determine business and functional priorities as it relates to the client campaign. Acts as a key business partner providing oversight in a complex and critical environment for the full life-cycle of the client campaign. Depends on others for instruction, guidance and direction. Develops competence in own area by performing routine work.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Manages and facilitates the fulfillment of smaller contracts with minimal specialized requirements, revisions, and copy into a traffic-ready status, including transferring orders from sales to traffic/stewardship, facilitating copy instructions and related communications between clients and traffic, and processing revisions as

required leveraging shared services resources as appropriate.

  • Acts as primary liaison to traffic and other departments, as necessary, to ensure fulfillment of any special requirements. Researches discrepancies or inconsistencies and recommends alternatives to ensure full client satisfaction.

  • Develops partnership with sales organization to support all efforts to

maintain and manage the execution of the entire client campaign life cycle such as making schedule recommendations, communicating efficiencies and opportunities, and acting as first responder for any client issues that arise.

  • Executes provided solutions for maximizing revenue retention to ensure attainment of client expectations to resolve issues for make goods/under


  • Provides reports regarding pre-empt notices, oversell, and other related inventory information to account executives.

  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.

  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Job Specification:

  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent

  • Generally requires 0-2 years related experience.

Responsibilities * Represents Liberty Mutual as the Area partner and small employer development manager for area account acquisition and new account marketing at the Area level. * Participates in the identification, research and prospecting of new partner and small employer accounts. Responsible for sales proposal development, negotiation and sales process. * In coordination with local branch management, proposes, negotiates and implements a customized marketing plan for new partnerships and small employers that maximizes new policy generation, conversion rates and overall premium targets at the branch office level. * In coordination with branch management re-negotiates dormant and underperforming accounts within the area and re-establishes a customized marketing plan that maximizes new policy acquisition and enables branch management to develop new business policies within the account. * Work closely with Area management to establish target offices and branches for production improvement through new and dormant account development. In coordination and support of branch management delivers focused support through account development activities for new sales representative that drives new business per capita growth. * Collaborate with Partnership and Consumer Marketing managers and Account Managers to coordinate acquisition tactics as well as compensation modeling and contract development. * Identifies and participates in regional and city industry groups and meeting that attract decision makers within targeted industries for networking and prospecting purposes. Qualifications: * A Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 years of relevant account management/marketing experience is required. An MBA is preferred. * Must demonstrate the ability to work independently, exercise advance negotiation skills with brokers and executives at large national organizations (e.g. VP of Human Resources, Credit Unions, Banks, etc.). * Demonstrated ability to resolve complex business issues with internal and external parties; Advanced knowledge of marketing practices and insurance products as demonstrated through the ability to present products and recommended marketing initiatives to executive boards and senior management teams at large national organizations. * Must possess a valid driver's license. Role requires 50% travel.
