As an associate business development consultant, you will connect prospects with Gallup's world-class products and solutions. Our mission to make better business performance a reality begins with signing a deal - and that deal starts with you. You'll hit the ground running by going after quick business wins and building new pipelines for future sales opportunities. You will call prospects, follow up with established leads, sell seats to Gallup's global courses and workshops, improve employee engagement via client subscriptions to Gallup's Access platform, and respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email or Zoom.
Working with the brightest and most engaged colleagues, mentors and managers, you will gain valuable experience in the consultative sales process. Our development program begins on your first day. You will join our pathway to excellence to develop expertise in workplace solutions, gain competence in consulting with prospects to understand their needs and master the business development skills that can lead to career growth into a territory manager role.

What you need:
Bachelor's degree required
At least one year of experience in sales, fundraising, recruiting or entrepreneurial efforts in school, internship or professional work
Demonstrated leadership experience
A track record of outstanding performance in education, activities and previous work experiences
Available for immediate or June start dates. Early applications are strongly recommended for priority consideration
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis
