Regulatory Reporting Associate Business Analysts produce and manage a variety of reports, and then use that data for analyzing, reviewing, forecasting, and trending regulatory business planning. They support short and long term operational business activities - by developing, enhancing and maintaining operational information and models. They also develop and implement business solutions through research and analysis of data and business processes.
Gather and document business requirements
Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for the business and clients
Communicate analysis and interpretation to appropriate audience
Produce, publish and distribute scheduled and ad - hoc client and operational reports relating to the development and performance of products, processes and technologies
Define and document business processes and projects
Consult with business departments to identify requirements and document
Define project scope and objectives
Model business processes (current and future)
Escalate issues to the Project Manager as appropriate
Provide agendas and follow up with meeting minutes
Bachelor Degree in Management Information Systems (MIS)
Systems Analyst experience
Data Warehouse experience
Healthcare industry experience
Experience providing explanations and interpretations of subject matter data within an area of expertise
Experience with SQL, SAS, or other business intelligence tools
