This position is in-office, with a hybrid schedule once training is complete.

None of our positions are commission based or involve cold calling.

Pursuant to Washington State regulation, the compensation range for this position is $68,000 to $75,000, and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses.

Each Associate Broker provides vital team functions:

• Review submission information required to issue new or renewal quotes
• Rate and prepare of new or renewal quotes
• Review and handle inspection recommendations and discrepancies
• Monitor various reports for consistency
• Assist in accounting procedures such as invoicing
• Data entry into multiple internet-based systems

We are looking for people with:

• 2-3 years of commercial insurance experience required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
