Job Description:

What will you work on?

The Associate Brand Manager is responsible for supporting the planning and execution of product-related activities with the cross-functional team, including (but not limited to): Line planning, sku rationalization, profitability analysis, market research, pricing.

How will you create impact?

• Collaborate with cross functional teams including product development, design, engineering, and sales to create products that executes key global brand strategies and drives brand growth and profitability.
• Partners with Design to create compelling product that surprises and delights while laddering up to larger Brand strategy
• Create reasonable target costs
• Execute decks based on formats/stories created with Brand Manager or Director
• Collaborate with cross functional teams including product development, design, engineering, and sales to create product that executes key global brand strategies and drives brand growth and profitability.
• Responsibilities also include the involvement in promotions, advertising, digital marketing, trade shows, and packaging in partnership with the Creative Centres of Excellence and the Global Marketing Teams.
• The Associated Brand Manager is expected to be the champion of the brand they manage and inspire cross-functional team with their passion and excitement.

What are your skills and experience?

• Ability to understand the business and product development strategies of the brand.
• Ability to understand brand guidelines and standards to ensure consistent and compelling brand representations
• Execution of BUMs, Updating the TLP, maintain Planisware, maintain SAC
• Ability to pull and sort information from Circana
• Read and understand the PL
• Execute decks based on formats/stories created with Brand Manager or Director

The anticipated pay range for candidates who will work in California is $60,000 to $80,000 Per Annum. The offered pay to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc. Spin Master Inc. is a multi-state employer, and this salary range may not reflect positions that work only in other states.
