Be part of a world-class product team innovating to deliver unique beverage experiences across North America. This associate brand manager role will support our packaged coffee products that are sold in US Retail Cafes.

This role will play a pivotal role managing the launch of new coffees, as well as supporting the management of the day-to-day business of the category. Coffee is at the heart of the Starbucks brand, and this is a unique role to truly be the business owner of this important category.

We are seeking someone with strong business acumen, communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

As an associate brand manager, Beverage you will…

  • Supports new product innovation (NPI) process and collaborates with cross-functional team to bring new coffees to stores.

  • Develop strong working relationships with cross-functional partners and lead cross-functional efforts alongside key counterparts throughout the organization.

  • Deliver performance reports for the At-Home coffee business, being able to distill data and summarize findings and recommendations.

We'd love to hear from people with:

  • Bachelor's degree or 4 or more years of US military experience

  • 1 years of experience in a role supporting marketing, brand management, product management, or commercialization

  • Strong analytical/reporting skills with proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to communicate clearly, concisely, and persuasively

  • Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines

  • Ability and willingness to navigate change and ambiguity

  • If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.

The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. At Starbucks, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at the high end of the range for their role, and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate.
