What You'll Do:

Our Brand teams are looking for an innovative and enthusiastic Associate Brand Manager who will be responsible for developing and assisting with the management, development and execution of Beautyrest product lines including new national product development and product management projects.

• Own and manage the Beautyrest core mattress & accessory portfolio, with support from Senior Brand Manager, to deliver overall business results including P&L targets (growth and profit), market share growth, and brand health measures.

• Lead mattress and accessory product innovation and go-to-market strategy, coordinating with cross-functional teams (e.g., R&D, PMO, Finance, Sales, Supply Chain, and Consumer Insights) to deliver business results.

• Support integrated marketing plan development, and partner with internal and external creative teams to develop accessory launch materials, including cohesive brand communications which drive consumer choice in in-store POP, website PDPs, etc.

• Manage POP inventory and ordering with external agency.

• Own data analysis to uncover insights and make recommendations related to promotions, products, pricing, and other key initiatives that will drive business results.

• Manage monthly and ad hoc performance reporting, analysis, and interpretation of brand performance to make recommendations on brand activities.

• Lead and assist with showroom set up (local showroom, national tradeshows, etc.) Assist with managing Beautyrest budget

What You'll Bring:

• Experience and fluency in data analysis to deliver recommendations that support business objectives and growth.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills -- Able to skillfully navigate organizational matrix to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Superb verbal and written skills.

• Strong organization and project management skills

• Adept at handling tight deadlines, time pressure, and multiple demands.

• 4+ years of relevant work experience in marketing, strategy, data analytics, or similar roles.

• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent. MBA preferred.

• Proficient in MS Office skills

• PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.

Local candidates strongly preferred. This position is expected to be hybrid - with some time working from Doraville, GA office and some time working remotely. Must be willing to travel up to 15%.
