BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., seeks Associate, BlackRock Solutions Group, Aladdin Client Engagement in New York, NY to work on strategic projects for multiple clients, including modeling exposures for hedge funds, designing a new trade-to-strategy tagging workflow to calculate more accurate attribution and implementing new risk calculation methodology for fixed income ETF to meet industry demands and regulatory requirements. Req's:
Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, Financial Engineering or a related field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation: working with asset classes including equity, fixed income, alternatives and derivatives; analyzing calculation methodologies and applicability of asset classes; working with factor models and utilizing SQL, UNIX, and Excel. In the alternative, the employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in the above listed fields and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience in the above listed skills.
