Associate Attorney – Trusts & Estates (Manchester, NH)

POSITION OVERVIEW Bernstein Shur is seeking an experienced associate to join our Trusts & Estates Practice in its Manchester, New Hampshire office. Bernstein Shur’s Trusts & Estates group has a sophisticated practice, regularly advising clients on complex state and federal estate planning, business succession planning, and estate and trust administration.

The ideal candidate will possess 4-6 years of experience. DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Superior research, writing and drafting skills; Strong emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills; and An ability to work independently and simultaneously on multiple projects.
