Responsibilities:

• Handle a caseload of various legal matters assigned by senior attorneys

• Conduct legal research and analysis

• Draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and briefs

• Communicate and negotiate with opposing counsel

• Prepare for and participate in hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings

• Provide legal advice and guidance to clients

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and legal professionals

• Stay updated with relevant laws and regulations in your practice areas

Requirements:

The ideal candidate will be experienced in all stages of family law is required. Experience in civil litigation, family law, estate planning, probate and the ability to fluently speak Spanish is a plus and will be given additional consideration through the interview process. Compensation is salary plus bonus and benefits. Attorneys with a book of business are also invited to apply for partnership/origination credits. Compensation is salary plus bonus and benefits.

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Admitted to practice law in the state

• Experience in a similar role

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

• Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and deadlines

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Proactive and self-motivated

• Team player with the ability to work collaboratively

• Proficient in legal research and writing
