Associate Attorney- Insurance Defense Litigation- WFH optional

Firm Location: Cherry Hill, NJ (2 days in office PER MONTH for company paid luncheons)

Job Description:

Our client is a national, multi-office firm seeking a skilled and experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will manage a diverse caseload of insurance defense matters, represent clients in litigation proceedings, and collaborate with a team of talented attorneys to deliver high-quality legal services. Expertise in auto defense, toxic tort, construct defect, premise liability and/or general liability litigation is required.

Responsibilities:

- Manage a caseload of insurance defense matters from inception to resolution

- Conduct legal research, analysis, and document preparation

- Represent clients in court proceedings, including hearings, trials, and depositions

- Develop and execute strategic legal strategies to achieve favorable outcomes for clients

- Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to provide comprehensive legal representation

Qualifications:

- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school

- Admitted to practice law in New Jersey

- Minimum of 3 years of experience in insurance defense litigation

- Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team AND autonomously
