Licensed Default Attorney / Associate AttorneyWe are seeking a Licensed Default Attorney to oversee all aspects of mortgage and lending client case portfolios from assignment to conclusion for a mid-sized firm located in Mount Laurel, NJ. In the role, the attorney will research and analyze statutes, judicial decisions and legal articles, draft legal pleadings, notices of hearings, motions, and orders. This position is open to Associate-level Attorneys looking to gain experience in the mortgage industry. Qualifications
- JD from an ABA accredited law school
- New Jersey State Bar Admission in good standing
- Default, eviction, and bankruptcy experience with lenders and mortgage services
- Experience in client systems used in default services, such as Black Knight preferred.
- Previous experience with electronic case management systems, especially CaseAware preferred
- Must have outstanding interpersonal skills, and able to positively interact and collaborate with clients and employees at all levels.
