The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of legal matters, with a primary focus on commercial real estate, business, estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and real estate transactions. This is a permanent, full-time position, offering an exciting opportunity to work on complex legal issues, develop your career, and make a significant impact on our clients' lives.
Responsibilities 1. Provide legal advice and guidance on a wide range of real estate and business matters. 2. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial real estate and business contracts. 3.
Manage all aspects of real estate transactions, from due diligence to closing. 4. Assist clients with estate planning, including drafting wills and trusts. 5. Handle probate proceedings and related legal issues. 6.
Represent clients in court or before government agencies. 7. Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel. 8. Stay updated on industry trends and changes in laws/regulations. 9.
Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed. Qualifications 1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. 2.
Admission to the state bar. 3.
Minimum of 0-5 years of experience as a practicing attorney, with a focus on commercial real estate, business, estate planning, wills, trusts, probate, and real estate transactions. 4. Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local laws. 5.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills. 6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. 7. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 8.
High degree of professional ethics and integrity. 9. Excellent written and oral communication skills. 10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
