This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with 3-10 years of experience who specialize in defending against all types of general liability claims, auto, and premises liability. As an Attorney specializing in general liability, your role will involve:

Admitted to practice in the State of Colorado. Possess analytical and problem-solving skills to navigate complex legal issues effectively. Demonstrate excellent research abilities and strong written and oral communication skills.

Draft and respond to discovery-related motions. Regularly attend court appearances. Take and defend depositions of fact witnesses and expert witnesses.
